Simply purchase your wash, select Free Vacuum token, and you will receive a token that can be used at any vacuum for activation.
After the initial usage, you may use another token, quarters, cash, or a credit card to re-activate the vacuums for further vacuum usage.

Extended Height Vehicles
At Beam and Gleam we are revolutionizing the car wash industry. We are the first in the area to provide an express extended height wash.
With our extended height 5 brush system we are able to clean shuttle buses, shipping vans, and more. We can even take care of those hard to reach ladder racks on sprinter vans.
MAX VEHICLE HEIGHT 9’-6”
Any vehicles with ladder racks, non-factory roof racks, wheelchair racks, cargo or bicycle racks or oversized trailer hitches are required to select a “touchless wash” option from the wash menu. Failure to do so, could result in damage to either the wash unit or your vehicle, for which you will be responsible for the costs associated with the repairs.
RFID Instructions
1. Purchase your membership on-site at our payment kiosk located at the entrance of the wash. Your first wash will be included immediately following your membership purchase.
2. Obtain a membership sticker to affix to your windshield for trouble-free, hands-free future visits.
♦ Self-Install: You may purchase the membership sticker from our vending machine for $1.00 in slot #44. Then install the pass in the upper left corner on the interior of the windshield.
3. Once you have your membership pass installed on the interior of your windshield, simply click here to access the pass instructions and fill out the form there so that we can activate your membership.
4. Enjoy your hassle-free car wash membership and never swipe your card again.

How do I sign up for an membership?
You may purchase a Beam and Gleam membership on-site while in your vehicle at the payment station. When purchasing a membership on site, your wash will be included initially. You will then need a membership sticker from our vending machine located on site in slot #44. Follow the instructions on the card that the pass comes on.

How will the paystation know I have a membership?
When you approach the payment terminal, our Wash Pass technology will sense that your vehicle is at the payment station and will attempt to scan your windshield for any available RFID passes. If you have a valid, active and registered membership, it will prompt you on the screen to select your wash and you simply proceed forward when prompted to do so. If you pass is not initially read, please select the option in the lower left corner that says Press Here to Rescan Your Member Tag

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by clicking here and filling out the form to request your membership to be cancelled.
My car is still dirty. What now?
While we aim to wash 100% of cars to the absolute best we can, sometimes for reasons outside of our control, it just doesn’t work out. Please click here to fill out our customer service form and we will be happy to get you a wash credit for your next visit.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
The equipment involved to wash your car 100% fully automated can sometimes breakdown. When this happens you are left with a car in an unsatisfactory condition.
